YouSens is a companion, not a scoreboard. Here is the whole loop, end to end, with no guilt built in.
1. Set an honest distance
Pick a length that fits your life: 7, 14, 21 or 40+ days. Add an if-then anchor (after I pour my morning coffee, I read ten pages) and a minimum for hard days, so a bad day still counts as a real day.
2. Keep the rhythm
One tap a day. A warm morning check-in arrives at a time you choose, and you can turn it off. There are three honest states: done, a mindful skip (you decided, on purpose, not today), and not done. A miss never zeroes your path.
3. The first slip
A slip is planned for. Your miss budget absorbs it, and the rule that matters is simple: never miss twice in a row. Instead of shaming you, YouSens helps you stack the habit onto something that already works.
4. The finish
At the end you get a free Experiment Report: what worked, where you slipped, and whether this habit is becoming yours, read from your own check-ins. From there, four doors: reinforce it, make it harder, stop tracking (you graduated), or start a new one.
Going together
You can invite a friend to a shared distance with one link. Each of you walks your own path from your own day one, and you can see each other and cheer, without one person breaking the other.
