DRAFT, pending legal review. This is a working skeleton, not a final offer. Contributions are currently accepted only through Telegram Stars, voluntarily and only after a completed path.
This public offer will describe the terms under which voluntary contributions are processed, including the service description, the entity details, and processing through the payment provider. It is being written together with counsel to reconcile the voluntary nature of a contribution with acquiring rules.
